Cut the chicken breasts so as to obtain a pocket-type slice, salt and pepper inside. Prepare the compound to be stuffed inside the chicken breasts. In a bowl put the soft cheese cut into little cubes, toasted pine seeds, raisin, and one yolk of egg. Add some more salt or pepper if necessary. Stuff each chicken breast with this compound and strain at a blaze on both sides for about 8 minutes. Serve up hot. |
